Hey there @krispyz07, thanks for getting back to us. That sounds quite strange. If possible could you please provide a short video showing that you cannot interact with Randvi and the alliance map? As mentioned by my colleague above, if you try scrolling down the alliance map, you should be able to find the new zone, this should get you past this step of the quest. You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Hey there @drachir2022, thank you for getting in touch and letting me know that you're experiencing this issue.

We have had reports that power cycling the console can help resolve the problem. It is important to note that power cycling is a bit different to rebooting and has been known to help resolve many common issues.

If you're on Xbox could you please try the following steps:

  1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
  2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
