I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the DLC content of the game, preventing you from accessing certain saves.

We've received a few reports about this, but they've been exclusive to Xbox Series consoles. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message, the main menu showing the game is fully up-to-date and from the Animus Store showing that the content is installed?

There is supposed to be a dead thrall there, can interact with the stones initially, then start the encounter with the werewolf. This should produce certain beams of light that allow you to damage the werewolf and also get Brodir in the fight.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to perform a leap of faith to jump into Niflheim for the Forgotten Saga.

This particular jump isn't always as fluid as we're used to in the regular game. I've seen a few reports where if the jump doesn't work, waking up and re-entering the dream and then attempting the jump bypassed the issue entirely. Not restarting the game, just waking up and then drinking the potion again.

Sorry to hear you're having issues pledging regions and unlocking the River Raids mode (with "A River to Raid").

It's not quite clear what exactly you're experiencing, though.

1. When you pledge a region, normally this begins a quest chain, that leads you to that region and concludes with an alliance being formed. Aren't you receiving the quests for that? Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the quest log and the alliance map, so we can see what exactly you're seeing?

Sorry to hear that you're still unable to complete "Crushed Dreams". We've investigated this in the past (the wife was dead, and thus the mystery couldn't be completed) and with Update 1.2.0 it could no longer be reproduced in-game.

Is this the same issue you're experiencing? If so, it would be best to correspond again via our Support website to collect the necessary information, to reopen this investigation.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with Feign Death.

The ability should give you the option to assassinate a nearby enemy once it's at level 2. So you'd need to find both Books of Knowledge in the open world to have it unlocked. If you do have level 2 unlocked, would it be possible to provide us with a short video of the issue? We'll be happy to take your information to the development team for further investigation.

We'll definitely need to report this one, could you please provide some screenshots from the quest log, showing the quest is active, the order menu, so we can see that you killed all Order members (including the Zealots) and from the inventory, showing you only have 14 medallions?

Once we have that, we'll be able to open a new report to the development team.

Swinda is normally just outside her Arena in the Festival area (to the left of the entrance of the Arena). Could you please provide some screenshots showing she isn't there?
There should also be a quest from her too, that has a tracker to the NPC (those are auto-accepted once you start the festival and are repeatable) so you should be able to show there's no marker as well, via screenshot.

This looks like a new issue (we've seen the opposite - having extra medallions and completing the quest before "The Poor Fellow-Soldier").

Which platforms are you guys on? Has the game been fully updated to update 1.6.0?

We've already reported the desync when re-entering Asgard, that happens when you left the region during the fight with Fenrir (during the quest "Binding Fate") and it's currently being investigated by the development team. I also went ahead and added your info to the report, so the devs can check your save files for the issue.

For now, I'd recommend keeping an eye on patch notes, as they get announced to check when a fix for it is implemented.
