Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear that didn't lead to a solution.

As a next step, I'd recommend disconnecting any USB devices that aren't required for the game (USB Hubs, headsets, the controller) to see if controls are possible just with mouse and keyboard initially. If that makes a change, we can proceed by process of elimination to see if it's a device that's causing it.

It would also be useful to check the folder where ACValhalla.ini is located to see if it's Read-Only. Sometimes Windows will set those files to this, and that can...

I understand your situation, but I'm afraid this isn't something that can be changed by Support. As it stands, the available languages for installation depend on the geographic location you were at, when you purchased the game. It does sounds like the language packs included are the correct ones for the Turkish Epic Games Store.

Thanks for the really comprehensive replay, gives a clear idea of what you've tried already.

To get some of the more "basic but easily overlooked" possible issues, I'd recommend shutting down both the game and Ubisoft Connect, completely deleting the ACValhalla.ini file, then start Ubisoft Connect again with Admin rights and start the game.

This will create a new file, and in many cases it has fixed similar issues. Initially, keep the Xbox Controller disconnected to see if Mouse & Keyboard works initially. Then connect your Xbox Control...

Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with accessing certain language options on the game.

The language availability depends on the region you're in. As sales in Russia have been suspended, this particular version of the game is unavailable for purchase, so I understand that the purchase was made on another region. It's sadly not possible to add languages to different versions of the game, so player support is not going to be able to offer assistance on that issue.

As purchases/order issues contain personal information, I'd also recommend reaching out to us again via a Support Ticket, to make sure no personal information is shared in public.

Page IV of the Magas Codex is located in the Ledecestrescire bureau. In Wincestre (where you're currently located), you pick up Page VI, which you already collected.

Would you please check back in Ledecestrescire to see if you can pick it up there? If it can't be collected in the correct location, we'll need another video like the one you provided, so we can report this to our dev team.

Hey @Smokefrog915 !

The current workaround is to remove and re-equip your weapon. This should bypass the issue, remove the glow, and allow you to use your adrenaline abilities again. The issue itself should be resolved with a future update, keep an eye out for the patch notes, as we release them for updates on this.

You don't need YouTube to provide the videos, you could make them available on Google Drive without an access request. Uploading them to YouTube is a possibility, but not mandatory.

Like @SuspiciousPixel mentioned, we need to be able to see the issue in order to investigate it, as we need to determine if there's an issue and if there is, test the behaviour to reproduce and fix.

If you change your mind and feel like providing us with the information we need, feel free to update this thread, and we'll be here to look into it.
