Thanks for the update! When the character freezes, have you noticed anything else happen, like the game switching to Windowed mode of potentially anything else not responding on the Task Manager?

By the looks of it, we'll need to take a look at your Msinfo and Dxdiag files to eliminate any possibilities that it's something to do with your configuration, and then report it to the dev team. Hello @s-Skins-s !

Sorry to hear your builds aren't doing as much damage on PvP as they do on PvE.

I couldn't view the videos you uploaded, as they require access request, and we can't do that with personal/work accounts for privacy/security reasons. In general, though, PvP damage is scaled down to avoid having veterans/players with higher grade gear completely obliterating others. Some builds are more affected than others, but generally speaking, all builds do significantly less damage in PvP.

What you're describing only occurs when the game was purchased (or claimed in case of a giveaway) via Steam. It would normally just start the download there, but it can happen, that if you're logged in to a Steam account that doesn't have the game claimed, it prompts you to purchase instead.

Similarly, there's a possibility that you have a second Ubisoft Account, on which you made the purchase of the game directly from the Ubisoft Store. If it's been purchased there, there's no redirection to Steam, as it's not necessary to have Steam in order to access it.

Yes, only needs 1 region to be fully completed, and then you're good to go River Raiding.

They confirm that you haven't fulfilled the requirements yet, however. You'll need to complete the region (not just the pledge part) and also make sure you've built your Barracks and recruited your own Jomsviking. Only then does Vagn come to your settlement.

It's not possible to undo a purchase from Vagn's shop, so loading a save prior to making the purchase would be the only way to go for the time being.

Hello @orldan !

Sorry to hear there was an issue with the ship autopilot. Like you said, it can happen that you hit a boat or something similar that can knock you a bit off course, and that can lead to a complete interruption of it, especially if you've had enough speed and were relatively close to the shore.

Has this happened before or since? I've already sent feedback to the development team regarding the navigation on ship, especially on smaller rivers (like in some River Raids maps) and they're looking into that.

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing this. We've investigated the issue and detected 2 individual problems that can happen. One has already been resolved, while the second (the one you have) is being worked on.

Currently, there's no additional information about it, though, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on the patch notes, as we publish them to see if it's been added there.
