@bielik01 I understand, I personally prefer to use the mobile app myself. I have reported the issue to the game team to investigate.

Regarding the Ubisoft Connect stats, this is also another known issue that is being investigated.

We are also aware that you may be experiencing long loading times on PlayStation 4 when trying to access Ubisoft Connect.

@junseok92 Thanks for the response. So to confirm have you only experienced this one time during that quest you did or does it happen every time you visit Asgard or randomly? Can you also remember the name of the quest?

@bielik01 Thanks for reporting this, I have forwaded this onto the game team to investigate.

I also tested my own account and experienced the same issue, however if you log onto your account via the website the amount of available time-limited challenges is correct.

@junseok92 I can confirm that this issue has been reported and is being investigated, however the game team have been unable to reproduce the issue so far.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Do you have the latest update installed?
  • When did the issue start to occur, was it after the latest update?
  • How often do you experience the issue?
  • Does it only happen in a specific area?
  • If you fast travel to another location on the map does the issue still occur?

@pippo97 I'm sorry to hear that the trophy 'Completionist all the way' has not unlocked for you.

Can you confirm if you have played the game on any other platforms or only on PS4? Have you also completed all of the regions on every map (excluding Ireland from Wrath of The Druids expansion) including Asgard and Jotunheim?

@liad120 Apologies for the late response.

I have checked your account and can see that you have five temporary XP boosters in your inventory. There are five temporary (1 hour) XP boosters included with the settlement bundle that you claimed.

However I am unsure why you are unable to pause the booster. If you are still experiencing issues with this then please provide a video to show that you are unable to pause the booster.

@jin_bambino Apologies for the late response.

You mentioned that you are missing x's in several locations and that two mysteries are not showing as completed. To confirm are you missing one mystery in the Suthsexe and Sciropescire regions?

Could you also provide a video. In the video can you show each region on the map and also highlight the missing x's that you mentioned by placing a marker in the locations.
