@bielik01 I understand that you collected all of the items at the location, however can you confirm if you have successfully collected all 6 pages of the codex for Hytham or do you still have some codex pages to collect? I just wanted to check that collecting the codex page from that location has been recognised.

To confirm is this just a visual glitch with the icon remaining on the map? Did collecting the codex page count towards the 6 codex pages you need to collect for Hytham?

@zardozpt I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access the 'Legend of Beowulf' quest. I can confirm that this issue has been reported and the development team are currently investigating.

Could you please provide a video. In the video can you go to Eivor's room and open the letter box to show that the letter is not available. Can you then go to your quest log screen to show any active quests that you may have. Finally can you go to your completed quests screen and slowly scroll down to the bottom of list to show that you have not yet completed the quest.

@lamoi Apologies for the late response. I am sorry to hear that you experienced this.

I can confirm that we have received several reports from other players who have encountered that particular issue, however in their cases Eivor flew up into the sky then they desynchronised and it reloaded their previous save. The development team are currently investigating.

Have you only experienced this once? And can you confirm which map this happened on? Also if you happened to record video of the issue could you please provide a link to the video.

@spartanchef116 Apologies for the late response. It's fine we have already provided a copy of your save to the development team so don't worry about uploading your save to the cloud, they are currently investigating the issue.

Can you recall what part of the quest 'Of Blood and Gods' you got up to? This will help the team in reproducing the issue.

@die_4_me I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues opening the barred doors.

There should always be a way to destroy the wood that is barring the door on the other side, you just need to find an opening that you can shoot your arrow through. If you walk around the building you can usually see the opening, however in some cases it can be more challenging and you may need to climb up something that is close to the building.

@bielik01 I understand, I personally prefer to use the mobile app myself. I have reported the issue to the game team to investigate.

Regarding the Ubisoft Connect stats, this is also another known issue that is being investigated.
