@helix257 sorry for any confusion, by highest level I meant the highest rarity, but yes you are correct the quality can be upgraded on Helix items, however the quality cannot be downgraded again to earn back the crafting materials.

Hi @Draxom I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues achieving a Gold medal on the Lolingstone Bandit Camp Wolf trial.

I understand that you have tried restarting the trial and the same issue occurred. We have seen that issues encountered in mastery challenge trials can sometimes be resolved by leaving the trial, fast travelling to another location, fast travel back and then restarting the trial again.

If you have tried this and it has not worked then could you please provide a video that demonstrates the issue.

So I can confirm that gear purchased from the Helix store cannot be downgraded as it is acquired at the highest level. 

You can downgrade both the quality and rarity of gear at the blacksmith. For example if you downgraded the rarity of a weapon from Mythical to Flawless then you would receive back the ingots plus any crafting materials if you had upgraded the quality of the gear previously. You are also able to downgrade the gear if you had only upgraded the quality and not the rarity and receive back those crafting materi...

Hi @ravenbeauty229 the mastery challenge trials are split into two. The first set of mastery challenge locations are:

Wenlocan Outpost
Lolingestone Bandit Camp
Odin Mine Hideout
Calleva Outpost
Templebrough Fort

You will need to complete the quests 'A Challenge from the Gods' and 'The Cryptic Tutelage of Hildiran' before you can access the second set of mastery challenge locations which are:

Saint Guthlac's Point
Uffentune
Anderitum

I am doing a routine check-up on all of the megathreads and would like to provide an update on the issues with the Longship shields.

  • When changing shield cosmetics, some will remain as default
    • Investigation Status: Under investigation
    • Comments: If you have been affected by this issue, please can you provide us with some screenshots or a short video that shows what you have tried to change your ship shield cosmetics to, and that they remain as default. Additionally, please can you ensure that your affected save file has been uploaded to the Cloud? You can check this by looking for the cloud icon on your most recent save.

I am currently doing a routine check-up on the megathreads and I can confirm that the issue where Basim's Sword and the Eclipse Scythe change names when upgrading to Divine Quality was resolved in Title Update 1.5.3.

As we have received no reports of this issue since May 2022 we will now lock this thread.
