I am also sorry to hear that your game is crashing.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

Hi @NunoMourao I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling to find Reindeer antlers in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

It can be difficult to find Reindeer antlers as not every Reindeer that you kill will drop them. There are some videos on YouTube where players have provided the best locations to acquire the antlers. Please check some of those videos below:

Hi @andriyko0001 thanks for the video provided.

I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate.

Have you also tried shooting a fire arrow at the schematics? If not could you try dropping a fire torch on the ground, draw your arrow and point it towards the torch to light the arrow then try shooting it at the schematics.

I understand that you have completed The Forgotten Saga content and the quest 'A Gift from the Otherworld' remains in your questlog. 

I can confirm that this is working as intended and is not a bug as you can keep visiting Niflheim. 

We have forwarded this feedback onto the development team as we understand that this may be confusing that the quest remains in the quest log.

I can see in the video that the items are being recognised as owned but you still receive the notification each time those items are available in Reda's store.

After thorough investigation, the development team is unable to modify the sound mixing of the Audio Dynamic Range settings as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on gameplay experience.

I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

Hi @rafaalb I'm sorry to hear that you got stuck inside a wall whilst playing The Forgotten Saga.

Can you confirm if the game has saved at that point when you quit the game, and when you load your save you are still stuck and unable to move?

Hi Vikings!

I would just like to update you on the reported issues related to the quest 'Binding Fate'.

  • Unable to kill Fenrir, he remains underground or falls through the map
  • No prompt to bind Fenrir after his health is depleted to 0
  • Eivor falls through the map when loading save


All of these issues are still being investigated, as soon as we have any further information we will update this thread.
