As mentioned previously in this thread, the development team investigated and were unable to reproduce this issue.

Hi @Haggy51 I'm sorry to hear that you are not being offered the Reaper armour in the Siege of Paris expansion.
You mentioned that you played through the expansion previously on the PS4 and are now replaying on the PS5. On the PS4 version did you acquire the full Reaper set? Are you also using cross save, using an older save from the PS4 version of the game or did you start a completely new save on the PS5 version?

When reporting issues to the development team we ask for a description of the issue and a video demonstrating it.
There is various free screen recorder software that you can download online and free file sharing websites without needing to signup where you can select your file and upload it then share the URL link.
However, if you are unsure how to do this or do not want to then we understand

@Sirquerly as I mentioned there have been instances where particular quests may have caused a crash. There are also several other crash related issues that were reported by players where the game would crash in certain areas or if a specific action occurred within the game that caused it to crash. Issues such as these where multiple players are experiencing it would generally point to it being an issue with the game and the development team are more likely to be able to reproduce it, and if they can they would work on a fix.

Hi @boulder1028 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'A Hidden Weakness' as Bernard is stuck.
I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate.
Just to confirm, as it may help the development team to reproduce the issue, did you accidentally knock Bernard off the bridge when walking/running beside him? Also if you go into the water next to him are you able to force him back on to the bridge or does he attempt to move in a different direction, or keep going around in circles?
Also if possible do you have an earlier save that you can load before you started the quest without losing too much progression? If so could you please load the save and try starting the quest again.

Can you please confirm which NPC's did not spawn? The enemies, the prisoners or both?
Could you also try fast travelling to another location then fast travel back and try again.
Hi @jololi I can confirm that this is working as intended.
When you obtain those items they are already upgraded and no crafting materials have been used to upgrade them, therefore they cannot be downgraded to earn free crafting materials they can only be upgraded if possible.
Hi @elkrejzi We had received reports of players who are unable to fast travel after completing the quest The Poor-Fellow Soldier, in Hamtunscire in the past.
Our development team looked into this and confirmed this is working as intended and is not a bug. Once the song "Ragnarok - Twilight of the Gods" finishes playing, you should be able to fast travel again.
With regards to the second issue that you mentioned where the medallions increase after reloading your auto save, I have reported this to the development team to investigate, thanks for reporting this.

I can confirm that this issue has been reported to the development team and is being investigated.
As a workaround you can Alt-Tab to the desktop and go back to the game and it will force the game to the pause menu or you can exit using a controller and the ESC key should work again.
