Hi @Mr-Thadeus I'm sorry to hear that you experience a black screen when you try to start the game.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through any of the steps you have not done then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

If the issue persists please let us know.

Hi @SeRuSeR I'm sorry to hear that you have also experienced FPS drops in other games that you play too.

Did you try setting your graphics pre-set to high in the in-game settings and remove any custom settings as Ubi-Milky suggested to see if that made any difference?

Can you confirm if the perk worked when you reverted to an older save? If so could you provide a video to demonstrate this. We would also need to see the sword without the transmog to show that the issue still persists.

I can confirm that the missing names for the Winter Warrior and House Bear statues, as well as the Hoarfrost hair/beard styles is a known issue that is still being investigated.

With regards to the missing perk from King Aethelwulfs Royal Hunt Bow, this issue was reported previously and the development team were unable to reproduce it on update 1.6.1. Hi @DaughterMule194 I'm sorry to hear that the achievement 'A True Master' has not unlocked.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see each outpost on the map, showing you have earned a Gold medal in each of the trials. Can you also provide a screenshot to show the achievement is still locked.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud....

Hi @BigMvff I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing controller drift issue whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Could you please confirm if you have tried using another controller? If so and the issue still occurs have you tried resetting both controllers?

With regards to the comments on Reddit I have not seen these, I can only only comment on the reports we have received via the forum and support tickets.

Hi @Jaskier85 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues opening the sealed door inside the Manius's Sanctum.

Please note for the cutscene to trigger you need all 5 artifacts which can be collected from each of the Tombs.

If you have those already then could you provide a video demonstrating the issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • Your map to show you have completed all of the Tombs.
  • Your inventory to show that you have acquired all 5 artifacts.
  • That the cutscene does not play when you enter the Manius's Sanctum.

Hi @TheNorfolkian looking at the video you provided, I can see that the enemy had low health and when you aimed your bow at them, it also showed that the hit would kill them which is why the hitting the weak point did likely not register. When you retry completing the trial I would recommend hitting the weak points first before killing the enemies.

To my understanding you have to parry an attack and reduce the enemies health and when they stagger back attack them with a heavy attack to perform the finisher. However if they're stamina is too low I am unsure if this will work.
