Could you also confirm the following:

  • What are you using for your audio output? (TV, Headphones, Speakers, Sound Bar, Surround Sound System)
  • What is the audio output setting on your console? (Check in audio settings within your consoles settings)

Can you also confirm if the lightning effect worked for you previously? If so did you first experience this issue after the most recent update (1.5.3) that was released?

Hi @jackturner3 I'm sorry to hear that you only have 8/9 Embers.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video can you show the following:

  • You have completed every region on the map
  • Show the X's on the map for the 9 monoliths you have done
  • Your inventory to show that you only have 8/9 Embers
  • Visit the Blacksmith at a shelter to show you cannot upgrade the Hugr-Rip

Can you confirm if you have gone back and spoken to Hildiran? If not can you please try this and see if the other two locations are revealed on the map.

If there not could you please provide another video showing the following:

  • Your quest log screen to show your active quests
  • Go and speak to Hildiran and then show your map again to show the two locations have still not been revealed

Hi @donjay202 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues collecting the tablet from the Old Cellar mystery.

Could you please ensure that you have the latest update (1.5.3) installed. In order to collect the tablet you must break the wine barrels in order to make the tablet rise then it can be collected.

If you have done this and it is not working then can you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have destroyed the wine barrels and that the tablet cannot be collected
  • Use your Odin sight in the old cellar to show if the tablet is visible
  • Go into your inventory to show that you have not collected the tablet

@josso_ thanks for the update, I'm pleased the issue is resolved.

With regards to the key not spawning, this issue was fixed with update 1.5.3, however there is another issue that doesn't allow you to use the key on the cell door if you steal it from the guard, it will only work if you kill the guard and auto loot it, however in doing this prevents you from earning a gold medal for the trial.

Hi @elrik90 I'm sorry to hear that you have received a copyright claim for the music in your YouTube video.

In the sound options menu there is an option to adjust the music volume in-game. I have not personally tested this as I play with it set to default but I assume that you can reduce the volume down to 0%.

Could you please try this and confirm if it works.

After looking at your video it appears you had not completed 'Hordafylke' you must complete that first on the alliance map before you unlock 'Hamtunscire'. After completing 'Hamtunscire' you should then receive the letter from Hytham.
