I'm also sorry to hear that you did not receive the Death Jarl armour after purchasing it.

Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? If you are could you check to see if the Death Jarl armour is still available to purchase and if so could you try purchasing it again if possible.

When doing this could you please record a video in case the issue occurs again.

The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein the cell door cannot be opened with the key in the Anderitum Raven Challenge when the key has been stolen should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.6.0! I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein players are unable to find any Avenge quests should have been resolved with the release of Title Update 1.5.3!

The patch was deployed on Tuesday, June 28. There has since been another update released today 1.6.0.

We have received reports from players that they are now receiving Avenge quests more frequently and the development team have also confirmed this and consider the issue resolved.

If you are still experiencing this issue then please ensure that you have the latest update installed.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that the issue wherein Reda only offers one daily contract should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.6.0! You can read the full patch notes here.

We have already received a report that Reda is still only offering one daily contract today after installing the latest update, however it's possible that this may not take affect until tomorrow. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the headgear not appearing. Just to clarify the issue was resolved after you removed the transmog for a particular helmet? Therefore allowing all helmets to appear as normal. And that this issue occured despite wearing a helmet without transmog?

Hi @sephirus07 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the trade posts in Wrath of The Druids.

Can I just confirm if you had completed Wrath of The Druids previously and then reloaded an earlier save or was it your first time playing Wrath of The Druids? The reason being is that we are aware of an issue where some players had completed the Wrath of The Druids and then loaded an earlier to save to replay the expansion again but the trade posts were already built as shown in your screenshots.

Hi @thebobjohn-0 I'm sorry to hear that you are missing a mystery and an artifact from Grantebridgescire.

Could you please check a walk through and revisit all of the locations for the artifacts to double check you have not missed one somewhere. After you have done this could you please provide a video that shows the following:

  • Your map showing all of the locations for the Fly Agaric's in Grantebridgescire with the cursor and then go to the one that is missing an X to show you cannot interact with it

@petek thanks for providing a video. Could you also confirm if you are using default or custom controls?

I can see in the video you are using Odin's sight which is pressing and holding the V key, to summon Synin you only need to press the V key, have you tried that? I assume you have if you have been able to use Synin in other maps other than Svartalfheim I just wanted to check.

Hi @Nsmalcher @GlitterySHIP2 I'm sorry to hear that you are both experiencing issues with the quest 'On Borrowed Time'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video could you show that you are unable to interact with Vili and also go to your quest log screen to show that the quest is active and if there is a quest objective showing.

@petek Have you tried different skins and none of them work? And to confirm this issue only occurs in Svartalfheim?

Could you please provide a video demonstrating the issue. In the video can you go to the stable and try a few different Raven skins.

Hi @petek I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues using Synin in Dawn of Ragnarok.

Can you please try visiting the stable and select a different skin for Synin then try again to see if that helps.
