I would still recommend going through the PC troubleshooting steps before you decide to reinstall the game to see if it helps.

However, if those steps or reinstalling the game does not resolve the issue then please let us know and we can create a support case for you to investigate further.

Hi @lav253 thanks for your response.

Can you try changing the camera and aim sensitivity in the controls settings to see if that makes any difference and also the additional field of vision in the gameplay settings.

If changing those settings does not help in anyway then is it possible if you can try testing the game with another controller such as an Xbox or PlayStation one?

Can you go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here as there have been known to help resolve issues such as games not launching, crashes, freezing, FPS drops and much more.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing your Season Pass.

Can you confirm if you have completed 'The Warlords of New York' expansion yet as this is required before you can start the Seasons.

Hi @iisynll apologies for the late response.

I can see that this issue has been reported to the development team and that there was no mention of your items being deleted only that they are not being displayed like there should be.

The development team have been unable to reproduce the issue and have asked if you could answer the following:

  • What inventory settings are you using (beside the grid and list view)
  • If this issue is occurring after looting new items or if it is random

The warning you received for being 'off topic' was likely due to the post on this thread. You were mentioning issues with the game statistics for Watch Dogs 2. This is a dedicated forum for the Division 2, and this particular thread was for issues with the Ubisoft Connect challenges.

The game stats and challenges are different, although in some cases the challenges may be linked to game stats, therefore I understand why you would relate the two issues, therefore I have removed the warning from your account.

It has been reported to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla team and is being investigated.

@tribalmars Thanks for the update, I'm still a little confused to what the issue is as you are able to launch the game sometimes but then at other times you receive an error.

I have moved your posts into a new thread as it appears to be a separate issue from the issue in the other thread that you originally posted on.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that you receive.

Can you please explain in more detail what is happening. Are you receiving an error when launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla or when you try to activate your Season Pass?

Are you able to launch any games through Ubisoft Connect and can you access the website?
