@ritzpaul94 I understand that you are experiencing this in Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Far Cry 6.

If this was a particular issue with those games then it would affect all players, therefore it appears that something is causing the stuttering.

We highly recommend going through the PC troubleshooting steps that I previously provided to see if that helps in anyway as there do help some players. If it doesn't then we can create a support case for you and our Customer Support team can investigate this further for you.

@freddypelli I can assure you that we are not bots.

Can you confirm if you have gone through the Xbox troubleshooting that I provided to you previously? If not can you please go through that then try again.

If the issue persists can you provide a video to demonstrate the issue, as this is not a known issue and is not something that I have personally experienced myself whilst playing the game.

Could you also confirm if this only occurs after doing one of Reda's quests?

Hi @gladi8ordude I have checked and its appears that the audio issue in River Raids that you were experiencing should have been fixed in update 1.4.0.

Hi @thefired I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

This is the first report we have received for this. I have reported this to the development team to investigate.

I am unable to see you switch to offline mode in the video, however I can see that you load a different save file, an older one. The second save that you load is on the Norway map which is why there is snow present, I also noticed that the notification does not pop up on that save.

Are all of your other recent saves affected by the notification?

Hi @littleweasel01 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your cloak and helmet.

Can you confirm if this issue only occurred after installing the latest update today? Could you also check that it is not the Mari Lwyd hood and cloak that you have equipped which is obtained in Glowecestrescire during a quest.

Hi @boo-yah1907 as other players have advised, you do not need to delete the game, you just need to download and install the update.
