@thnq Thanks for the images provided.

Can you confirm if the issue with the overlay sometimes not opening or responding in 5120x1440 only occurs in Rainbow Six Siege or does it also occur in other games as well?

If you have not tested this would you be able to test with another game if possible.

@knixeen Thanks for confirming your PC specifications.

I am unsure if you have an integrated GPU, however could you please check that your game is using the dedicated GPU. If you are unsure how to check this there is a guide here that explains how to.

I'm afraid I do not understand what is happening in the photo's you have provided.

Could you please explain in more detail or if possible provide a video to demonstrate the issue.

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving a 'DELTA-00014002' error.

Could you please check your status on Ubisoft Connect. If your status is Invisible, try changing it to Online, you should then be able to play the game.

Hi @mincraftcr33per as I previously mentioned the Orbital Decay bundle is specifically for Rainbow Six Extraction and there is no mention of this bundle becoming available in Rainbow Six Siege.

I am unable to confirm if this will change in the future.

Hi @tk105 I'm afraid that we must always go through basic PC troubleshooting first as this can sometimes help to resolve a players issue.

However, if the issue persists we would then create a support case and investigate further by gathering a players system files and try further troubleshooting.

If all troubleshooting is exhausted and no issues can be identified then the issue will either be escalated or we will gather as much information as we can and report it to the development team so that they can investigate.

Hi @volleyweb I'm sorry but I do not fully understand your question.

I can confirm the shrapnel trap skill shouldn't be able to be infinitely used/thrown with no cooldown and without dismantling the traps already attached to the surface. This should have been fixed in a previous update, however the issue was reported again and the issue was reopened.

The development team are still investigating this.
