@drummer6422 I'm sorry to hear that those steps have not resolved the issue.

Can you confirm if your saves are still showing as corrupted? If so could you please provide screenshots to show this and also show the error message that you receive about the expansion not being installed.

Hi @wranglerltg I'm sorry to hear that you have got stuck in Utgard's Vault and are unable to exit.

Could you please provide a video to show that you are unable to exit the area and also show your map to show your location.

Hi @ivistefivi apologies for the late response.

As Ubi-Mark previously explained Francia is more of a dense area than the main game which is likely the reason why your mount slows down more.

However, if you could please provide a video demonstrating this issue, highlighting specific locations on the map I will forward your feedback on to the development team.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Assassin's Creed Valhalla on your SSD.

We are not aware of any issues with the game running on an SSD, it is recommended to use an SSD for faster loading times.

I am also sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the updates for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I am unsure why the latest update was not installed when you first installed the game, however due to the data restructuring update that was released it's possible that the original updates needed to be installed first before the restructure could happen.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.
