I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a black screen in For Honor.

Can you go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here as there have been known to help resolve issues such as games not launching, crashes, freezing, FPS drops and much more.

Hi @finalstalfos12 apologies for the late response.

I'm sorry to hear that the Deluxe Pack is not available on PC.

Customer Support do not have any input on decisions to which content is available for each platform, therefore I am unable to confirm the reason why the Deluxe Pack is unavailable on PC.

However, I will report this to the For Honor team in case it is an error.

@ego_0 If you check the link that I provided in my previous reply it explains that you will receive the 'Orbital Decay bundle' when pre-ordering Rainbow Six Extraction.

As you are on PC the bundle will be automatically added to your account and you will receive an email when the content is available, which will be when the game is released. There is no mention of this content being added to Rainbow Six Siege.

Is this the pre-order content that you are referring to? If so this content is for Rainbow Six Extraction and will be available on the release date.

If it's not the same content then could you please confirm what content you are referring to and also where you got the information from that the content will be available in Rainbow Six Siege.

Thanks for reporting this. From the image it looks as if the hair is resting on the collar and sticking up rather than clipping through Eivor's neck.

Could you also provide a video please as this will help us to view the issue more clearly. In the video can you move around with Eivor to show if the hair moves or not and then go into photo mode and move around Eivor to show the hair from different angles.

Apologies for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that you are unable to progress as Gorm's body has glitched into the rocks.

If possible can you see if there is a previous save that you can load before you killed Gorm and then try again.

However if this is not possible could you please provide a video to show that Gorm's body is stuck and also to show what save files you have available to load. I will then report this to the development team to investigate further.

Hi @soekster666 I can see that some players have experienced issues with the the Yule festival quests not being available and can only see snow in their settlement.

This has been reported and is being investigated by the development team.

We have no updates on this at the moment. Can you confirm if you are also experiencing this issue yourself?
