Hi @bielik01 the latest update should only be 2.62 GB on PS4. I can see that you have 55.27GB free space, however PS4 will always require additional storage when installing games and updates.

In this case you would need to free up an additional 34.77 GB to install the update.

@gfunck211 that's ok. Can you please confirm the Ubisoft account username for the account that you play the game on as the account you have used to post on the forum has no record of Assassin's Creed Valhalla being played.

We would also require a video showing the information previously requested before we can forward this on to the development team. Can you also confirm which platform you play the game on and I can try to assist you with this.

Alternatively you can record a video using a mobile device as long as it is clear enough to view.

Hi @witkoszczak to confirm you have not unlocked the trophy 'Full Mastery' after completing the requirements to spend your first mastery point is that correct?

If so did you meet this requirement before or after the 1.5.0 update?

Hi @ImmortalGordo13 @jackiejr I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your saves after installing the 1.5.0 update. Please not delete any of your corrupted save data.

Can you confirm if you launched the game before the update had finished installing? If this is the case then this will likely be the reason why your save data is showing as corrupted.

Hi @gfunck211 I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with the Order of the Ancients medallions.

This issue was reported in the past and confirmed as resolved as the development team were unable to reproduce it after update 1.3.0.

Could you please provide a video that shows the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed (1.5.0) this can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save game
  • Show your order of the ancients screen and how many clues have been unlocked for 'The Father'

Can you also confirm the following:

  • When did this issue first occur?
  • Does it still occur after installing the latest update?
  • Does it only occur with certain gear you have equipped or any?
  • Does it happen every time you fast travel with the hood up and fast travelling to any location?

It appears that some of you are experiencing issues with 'The Forge and the Flame' quest again as the cutscene does not trigger. This was investigated last year but the development team were unable to reproduce it.

However, the issue has been reported to the development team again and they are currently investigating.

How often do you encounter this issue? And can you confirm if the invisible player is able to attack you still?

Hi @sata-q2 we have reported this error to the development team and it is being looked into, however for the time being the only way to prevent the error is to change your Ubisoft Connect status from 'invisible' to 'online'.
