If possible could you be able to provide a short video clip showing how this occurs so we can get this looked into, Also, if possible can you confirm whether you were able to fast travel to get out of this situation or if you needed to restart your game client to proceed.?

Thanks for reporting this issue and apologies for the delayed response regarding this query. As noted above this should have been resolved with the patch rolled out 18th August. If possible could you confirm whether this is now updated or whether you are still experiencing this issue.?

Thanks for providing this information, so we can get this looked into could you confirm whether this occurs in combat or just randomly through the game.? Also if possible have you noticed if this only occurs with this specific piece of equipment or any sidearm, main gun and combination of mods.?
