Thanks for your report, your feedback helps us to improve the game. We are currently investigating the issue, where the game causes unexpected error messages on DirectX12.

In the meantime, please make sure that you run the latest version of your videocard driver and try to run the game in DirectX11 where possible.

Sorry to hear you have experienced this in game, however the Support team have no access to specific details regarding account sanctions or the ability to overturn these.

I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for but at this time you will need to wait out the duration of this account sanction.

Also, if possible could you confirm the platform you are currently playing on and when you first noticed this was unavailable in game.

This is a complex topic involving hardware, live services, and security.
