I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for but if you feel this sanction was applied incorrectly, please feel free to contact us directly providing as much information as possible.

Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you appear to be unable to select your chosen language in game.

If possible could you confirm whether you purchcsed this from the Uplay client directly or launch this from a 3rs party browser (Steam / Epic / etc).?

Sorry to hear you have experienced this in game, however the Support team have no access to specific details regarding account sanctions or the ability to overturn these. I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for but at this time you will need to wait out the duration of this account sanction.

In the meantime, could I advise working through our troubleshooting and connectivity FAQ guides to help prevent this in the future.

Thanks for getting back in contact and taking your time to submit these player reports.

While I would not be able to go into to much details, I can confirm we have an ever expending list of bannable words across multiple languages and "internet speak" which is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

Thanks for getting in contact, if you are also having issues with making in-game purchases via your Steam version of the game, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:via
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK
