Sorry to hear you have experienced this in game, however the Support team have no access to specific details regarding account sanctions or the ability to overturn these. I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for but at this time you will need to wait out the duration of this account sanction.

While we hope you do not experience this again, could I also recommend working the following connectivity troubleshooting steps.

Hi there, sorry you are experiencing these connection issue while playing your game. We are currently experiencing some issues on our EU servers and working to get this resolved as soon as possible, so if you play on these, it may be why you are experiencing these issues.

In the meantime could we also ask that you have attempted our connectivity troubleshooting steps as outlined here as we have had many players advising this has improved their connection to our services.

If you did not receive a notification of this drop on your Twitch account then you are not eligible to receive this.

If you believe you have watched an adequate amount of time to earn this reward but it has not been applied to your Twitch account, I would suggest to contact their support team directly.

Thanks for getting in contact, if you are having issues with making in-game purchases via your Steam version of the game, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

In the meantime, could I suggest that you have attempted our connectivity troubleshooting steps as we have had reports that this resolved the issue for most players.

You may also wish to directly contact your internet service provider to see if they have made any recent changes to your service or line work in your area.

So we can get this looked into, would you be able to confirm whether both accounts are launching Rainbow Six : Siege from the same launcher client.?

Also, while this should not affect matchmaking, would you be able to confirm if these are both the same edition of the game.?

To confirm, a players "ping" is generally based on their location in comparison to the game servers themselves. As such, playing games with a friend in another region will often cause one of you to experience higher ping as you are describing.

While i will certainly forward your feedback for further review, there isn't really a workaround to improve your ping while playing on a different regional server.
