Thanks for attempting to provide this feedback and apologies that your previous post appear to have slipped through the cracks. As I understand you are advising that eliminating enemies while they are suffering from a status effects is not registering for you and causing you to be unable to complete this challenge.? If possible could I ask whether you were able to capture any images or if possible a shot video clips showing this occurring in game an we would certainly be able to get this looked into further.

Thanks for providing this feedback and sorry to hear you are experiencing this in game. If possible could you confirm whether you are using mouse & keyboard or a gamepad while playing the game.?Also, if possible would you be able to capture a short video clip showing how this occurs and we will be sure to get this forwarded for further investigation.

Thanks for getting in contact and providing this footage, our game team have been made aware of this issue and are currently investigation the cause of this. If possible could you confirm whether this is a regular occurrence in game of if it appears to be a one off situation that was resolved when restarting your game.?

Thank you for getting on contact, if you wish to upgrade from Standard Access to Club Access, you would need to purchase the Club Access of the game.

If you choose to do this we can convert the remainder of your Standard Access to extend the duration of your Club Access at a rate of 3 days of Standard Access to 1 day of Club Access.

To do this, please feel free to contact us with an image of the proof of purchase of the Standard Access, and I will get this updated for you.

Sorry to hear you are having these problems launching your game. If possible could you confirm whether this still occurs after reinstalling or verifying your game files.?
