As well as what Ubi-Viral has asked about your connection, please try resetting your keybinds or deleting your config file to see if this resolves the issue.

Your games settings file by default should be found here if you are playing on -
\My Documents\My Games\Rainbowsix - Siege\*your Uplay ID number*\Gamesettings.ini

Hello GAMER._GIRL_R6, thanks for the reply.

If you have Rainbow Six Siege installed you will have the BattlEye program installed. It may appear as BEService or BEService_x64

The files by default should be in this folder Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege>BattlEye

You can also check for the BEService application files here - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye

- Find the BEService or BEService_x64 application file and right click on it
- Select Properties
- Select Compatibility tab,
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" option and click OK

Once you have found the files and made sure to run as admin, please make sure to add these specific files to your anti virus whitelist too whichever one you may be using.

Next try launching the game and let me know what happens.

Hey everyone,

I've got a few questions back from the QA team about this, if you are able to answer these for us that would help in our investigation -

- The PB times on race have been known to sometimes take a few days to update. Does your PB time/ghost turn up after 24 hours or a set time on that particular track? Or does your game never remember or match you against your all time PB ghost for that track?

- When this happens to you in the game what particular tracks are you playing or does this happen on every single track in the game? Also, what ranking did you get at the end of these tracks that do not save your PB ghost?

-Can you also check your download and internet speeds on your PC here and let us know the score please? ... Read more

Good news. I reported this to the Trackmania team and it is not intended mechanic and I believe is indeed a bug.

They are working on a fix now, hopefully I can update you soon with more information so thank you for bringing it to our attention. There is no thumbs up emoji so here's a smiley face for you both

Hi velvetthunder09, thank you for getting back to me about this.

Would you also please be able to disable this in task manager as instructed above, then test your game please, as this may also be affecting your mouse performance with the game. Let me know after you have tried this and what the result was, if you were able to map your buttons.

Also, in the games menu, does it actually give you the option to remap all the keys on your mouse or is the option just not there?

Hello NX4B, thank you for your input, I will add this to my post for other player to try as well.There are quite a few work arounds for sound issues but we have to establish if this is a personal issue or a legitimate bug in the game too.

Hello MeatSilencerSHF, thanks for getting in contact. Sorry you seem to be having sound related issues, does this only happen to you when you play Siege?

Does this only happen when playing certain game modes?

Also do you use any software in the background when playing the game? If you are using any other software in the background such as, but not limited to -

Full Screen Game Overlays
VoIP and Chat services
RGB controllers
Overclocking Software
Hardware monitoring
Streaming software
Peer to Peer software
VPN

Please disable all software that you do not need running when playing Siege on start up, by performing a 'clean boot', as running this software whilst playing our games has been known to interfere with our game performance occasionally. Then we should be able to rule out any background software that may be affecting audio in the game.

Hello Branstonmis, thanks for posting.

As far as I am aware, you can't play a multiplayer campaign, but you can play sandbox mode multiplayer with added DLC, so I believe the size of the island would be random.

You may be able to play a multiplayer campaign by using mods, but Ubisoft doesn't support that and I am not sure if the DLC would work in this instance.

I've reached out to the to see if there's any more information we can gather from you to try and create this issue. It may be we need your save file and system files, but I will update you when I can when I hear back from the team.

I have a few questions of my own to ask if anyone experiencing this would like to help me gather information -

- What location do you play in?
- Do you know what server you are currently connected to? https://ubi.li/5aG7a
- What time do you experience poor connection and lag? (Please include time zone)
- Who is your ISP?
- What router model do you use? And are you wifi or ethernet connected?
- What Download speed package do you have?

Ubisoft Support are able to help you via the Ubisoft Support website, the Ubisoft Forums, Steam and our Twitter and Facebook pages.

Hello JNSx47, thank you for posting the helpful video so we can see what the issue is.

Were you able to place the previous trees in the same method by looking through the scaffolding? What happens id you rotate the camera around, can you place the trees from another angle and rotate the trees, or is this not possible for you to rotate the view around?
