Hello VladDracula12, Thank you for getting back to me!

So the bug only appears to you now, in the Online Co-op Terrorist Hunt / Training Grounds missions, that is quite helpful.

I have a few questions from the QA team if you wouldn't mind -

- How many people were you playing with in co-op when this happens? Was it 2, 3 or a full team when you experienced this?
- Are you able to reproduce this every time and if so what the exact steps you take to do this?

They also asked if you had any sort of ping or connection problems when you noticed this reload behaviour?

What mode are you currently using for Siege, Vulkan or DirectX?
They seem to be good enough specs to be able to run the game.

Do you have any software running in the background too that may be using up your CPU power such as Ubi-TheBerry suggested? CPU power usage can often be down to software not only hardware.

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you have any software running in the background that uses your mouse? Some software has been known to interfere with the controls of the game including -

Full Screen Game Overlays - Overwolf / Geforce Experience
VoIP and Chat services - TeamSpeak / Mumble / Discord / Skype / Raptr
RGB controllers - Razer Synapse / SteelSeries Engine / Logitech G Hub / Corsair iCue
Overclocking Software - EVGA Precision X / MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner / ASUS GPU Tweak / ASUS Smart Doctor / Gamer OSD
Hardware monitoring - MSI Kombuster / Fraps
Streaming software - OBS, Xsplit Gamecaster
Peer to Peer software - BitTorrent / uTorrent
VPN - Hamachi

We advise disabling these on start up by performing a 'clean boot', as running this software whilst playing our games has been known to interfere with our game performance occasionally.

Hi SirHarryPierce, thank for posting,

I believe some industries will benefit from traffic and visits more, depending on where they are placed. Sometimes this will mean certain industries will be ignored even though they are on the same path/range, moving the building that is being ignored closer to the fuel station will help. In your case moving the schnapps farm much closer to the fuel station should help as I had to do the same in my game with a similar farm issue.

Whilst this issue may be inconvenient to players, it does not impact what you are earning from the game and should still appear on your account.

Regrettably these issues will happen with online games but with players help we can investigate and hopefully come up with a fix in another update or patch.

Hello everyone, just an update to any queries about your Battle Pass.

For most missing in-game items and rewards, it can take up to 24 hours till they appear in your game.

If you have not receive your Battle Pass rewards after this time, we ask that you contact us through our support site here -

We will request a screenshot of your Battle Pass rewards you should have received, verify you as the account owner and then check your account to try and locate these items with the date and time you should have received them.

Hi Squidward-__-, thanks for reaching out to us about this.

We are busy investigating this strange phenomenon! Are you able to send us a screenshot of your display settings and can you confirm if you have recently updated you graphics driver? I know Nvidia have just released a new driver in the last few days. What GPU is it you are currently using and what kind of monitor?

Can I also ask if this happens on your Vulkan or DirectX version of the game please?

Hello Spr4tty33, welcome to the forums and sorry to see you encountered players like this.

If this happens to you again, please make sure to use the 'Report a Player' function in the game.

This will tell us what the time and date of the game, the players name and location, which gives us all the information we need to locate these players and review the evidence.

This can lead to a temporary ban and with repeated reports like this from other players, can lead to a permanent ban too on that players account.

- Alpha Packs and content
- Battle Pass rewards
- Ubisoft Club Rewards
- Purchased in-game items such as Skins / Operators

These items can take anything up to 24 hours to appear on your account, in your game.

Sorry to hear about you ping related issues. Which location are you currently playing in to receive such ping spikes?

For any technical cases I would advise against live chat and instead to use the 'Submit My Case' option that appears next to it. That way, your case may be viewed by a few agents and we can always escalate it to our echnical team for more help.

Sorry to see some of our troubleshooting has not helped. In order to help you further we would need to look at your system files such as you Dxdiag and Msinfo, but I understand you are unable to access our support site?

If you havent already tried this method -

Access our website and log in with your Ubisoft ID in the top right corner - https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

Once logged in scroll to the bottom of the page and write in the text box a brief description of the problem, then click on 'Submit My Request', we should be able to respond to you within 48 hours.
