For Support to be able to unlock the charms for you, we ask if you can please provide us -

- The challenge and charm name
- The platform you play Siege on
- A screenshot that shows you have completed the challenge form Ubisoft Club and also clearly shows your Ubisoft ID.

Sorry to see you are having issues with your ping. At the moment, we no longer allow players to be able to able to change the data centre they are connected to, but some players have reported using a VPN to solve this issue.

Hello everyone,

There have been a lot of threads made, about access to the Test Server on Uplay, so to clear any confusion -

The Rainbow Six Siege 'Test Server' will only be visible on players Uplay accounts during active Test phases.

If you are a console player and you own Siege on PS4 or Xbox One, you should receive an email with a key, to be activated in Uplay PC to access the Test Server.

If you didn't receive this key, do not hesitate to contact our support team here -

In regards to high CPU, if you use any VoIP applications like Discord or Team Speak, these are know to contribute to CPU usage, as well as any overclocking software and game overlays.

Try shutting these down through Task Manager and any other background applications you don't need running. Here's some more information on conflicting software with our games, this list is not extensive but please scroll down to the bottom of the list to check if you may be running any of this software whilst playing our games -

There has been quite a lot of contact about this, so we are trying our best to help all players receive their missing charms.

If you would like to relink your Steam to your Uplay account, try logging into your correct Ubisoft account here - https://account.ubisoft.com/

Then open Steam and launch any Ubisoft game, when it asks you to log in with your Ubisoft username/email and password, it should link your Steam and Uplay IDs together.

You can always try and purchase the physical version of the game for the platform you are playing on which is specifically the EU / PAL version.
