Hello everyone,

For any issues related to permanent bans and temporary bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and then give you more information.

In some cases players will be able to appeal permanent bans through support, but please note this can only done once. If the appeal is denied, we will not lift the ban.

As for temporary bans, these are given automatically by the game. Support are unable to lift these bans and we advise you to wait the allotted time until you can play again and the temporary ban is over.

Hi there Comrade_B2,

The error code MSVCP140.dll usually means your computer is missing important system files. To this this please try these steps that will involve using command prompt -

- Press the Windows Key + S
- Search for Command Prompt and right click on it and run as administrator
- Type the following command as it appears sfc/scannow
- Press Enter and wait for the program to check system files, this might take a little while
- After completion close the program and try to launch the game

You can also try checking for a corrupted hard drive -

- Press the Windows Key + S
- Search for CMD (Command Prompt) and right click and open as administrator
- Type this following command as it appears CHKDSK (then leave a space and put the letter of the hard drive you want to check with the game on)
- Press enter to begin scan

Hello drmrcoolest, sorry to see your game has been crashing.

What platform are you and your friend playing the game on and do you get any kind of error message when the game crashes?

What were you doing in the game menu / match when the game crashed?

Also, what kind of devices does your friend use for audio?

Hi ciwawa87,

Sorry to hear you are not happy with supports workaround to change your scaling to prevent black screen crashes.

In Anno 1800, there are options within the settings to change the display to correctly display on 4K large monitors and Tvs.

If you would like to increase the scaling of the UI on your monitor to make Anno UI easier to view, you can do this with your Geforce cards Nvidia settings by sharpening the image or you can increase UI size up to 40%

However if you do not wish to make these adjustments you are of course welcome to ask for a refund through your support ticket.

Hello everyone,

I looked into darktemp2019 and igor55killer accounts and from my side I can see you both have a Uplay level that is not 0 and I can also see you have club points on your account.

I believe this may be two things -

Firstly, it could be a visual bug by Ubisoft Club and it appears as if you have no level and no points, if so please wait 24 hours then try looking again, as this happened to me and it went back to normal after 1 day as it was a temporary visual bug.

Secondly, it may be that you had Club units removed, as these now have an expiry date. As of April 2019 most players have 24 months to redeem the Club Units by spending them on in game rewards, or by redeeming them for discounts on the Ubisoft Store. After 24 months these Club Units will expire and will automatically disappear from your Ubisoft Account.

Hi everyone.

Rewards should be delivered a day after the stream. To check whether you have received a Drop -

• Visit your Twitch inventory.
• Open your Twitch notifications (bell icon in the top-right).
• Check the email address associated with your Twitch account.

We should be able to add the drops to players accounts in the event that this does not work, as long as you have correctly registered for the drop and linked your correct Uplay account with the correct Twitch account.

- Tell us your Uplay ID
- Provide us with a screenshot showing your Twitch username and your Twitch inventory with the drops showing
- Please also provide us with a screenshot of your in game inventory showing the charms not available
- Then finally, tell us which platform were you hoping to get the drops on?

If you are locating the key via Uplay, please try this -

If you need help locating a key for your game in Uplay you can use this method -
(Please bear in mind not all games have keys available)

- Click your account name in the top right hand corner of the application
- From the menu, select Account Information
- Inside your Account Information page, select My Games
- Here you can see a list of the games you own on your account
- Find the game that you need and then select Show Key
- Copy down the key code, then try entering it into Uplay when trying to launch the game
-If this does not work, enter the key by clicking on the key logo at the top right of the screen and try redeeming the code through there

Hello everyone,

There have been a lot of threads made, about access to the Test Server on Uplay, so to clear any confusion -

The Rainbow Six Siege 'Test Server' will only be visible on players Uplay accounts during active Test phases.

If you are a console player and you own Siege on PS4 or Xbox One, you should receive an email with a key, to be activated in Uplay PC to access the Test Server.
