Hi everyone,

Just a quick update on this situation, the game team got back to us and asked could all players experiencing this photography bug please submit us the following files through our support site here -
https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New or upload them to a file sharing site where we could download them please.

The files we need from each player who is experiencing this, are -

- dxdiag
- msinfo
- Engine.ini file
- a save game with a "But my smile stays on" quest in the Arctic, that cannot be completed by taking a photo, or any other similar quest that requires you to take a photo to progress

Sorry to hear you have been having issues in the game and that the PB times are not registering for you, this can take up to an hour to register sometimes in the game because of the servers or uploading issues.

Hi everyone, thanks for reaching out to us.

At the moment this is a known issue to use, sometimes due to the servers it can up til an hour until your PB times update for each track, if this still does not work it is an upload connection problem.

Please get back to us and let us know if your times update on the track or leader board after a 1 hour wait.

Would you be able to upload a video or a screenshot so I can see how this appears? Does this seem to happen to you in any particular game modes and how recently did you notice this happening?

Hey Stups_Kiesel,

Thanks for letting us know! We were investigating similar issues to this with the finish trigger not working as desired and having some lag after the button was pressed, I believe there a fix is planned soon for a coming update.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me with that information.

I don't believe this has been reported to the team yet. If any of you experiencing this can you please upload a screenshot of you adding shaders to the map, or perhaps upload a video to a video sharing website, like Youtube for example and post the link in this thread, I will be happy to pass this onto the Trackmania team to investigate.

As well as this, to confirm would you both make sure that you also meet the system requirements and try all of the steps in this guide just in case this issue turns out not to be a bug but a performance issue, as we always need to check these things before reporting any bugs, in case the issue is coming from the players side thank you! -

Hey F4tb0ySlim welcome to the forums right here, right now.

Sorry to see this is happening to you, when this happens to you, how many players are on the server at the time, is there a certain amount of players when you automatically get put into spectator mode or does this happen to you at random when joining any server?

Can I ask you how your ping displays when this happens?

Also, are you able to upload any video for us to view?

I have not come across this issue yet, but I would recommend also following all these steps in this guide to improve your connection to Trackmania just in case -

Sorry to hear this and welcome to the forums. Did you by any chance have a Uplay+ subscription?

The first thing I would recommend would be to verify Trackmania's game files, you can do this here -

Try to launch the game afterwards and let me know what happens then.

Could I also ask if you know if you were using cloud saving or saving locally to your hard drive?

By default, the Trackmania local save game file is located here -
C:\Users\'username'\Documents\Trackmania

Thanks for getting back to me with that. I've took a quick peek at your account and can see that you have a different access to the Club Access you have purchased.

Can I confirm with you the exact date that you purchased the Club Access version, as sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for this to appear on your account and in game?

Hello RonQuiney welcome to the forum!

Can I just check first of all what settings you are using in game so I know if this is a visual bug or not.

Could you please navigate to Settings > Advanced > Compatibility > Move the AGP Usage Slider all the way up and see if this improves the texture for you in the map editor?

Please let me know once you have done this and please screenshot your graphics settings if possible, thanks!

Hello everyone,

First of all for any crashing at launch issues, please make sure your PC matches the system requirements of the game here -

If you can get as far as the settings page within the game, try lowering your graphics settings gradually.

Make sure that your drivers are up to date as well as your Windows OS. I know Nvidia updates their driver versions almost every month and just I had to update mine.

If you are using any anti virus software, please make sure the game, Uplay and also Epic are white listed in your anti virus settings and not quarantined as a threat.

Hi everyone, sorry to see you are having trouble installing and running the game.

On top of the other fixes playrayman666 mentioned, can you please try the following -


1. Find the games .exe file and right click on it, then run as administrator.

2. Make sure you have recently updated your graphics card driver, as Nvidia and AMD now usually release monthly updates.

3. Delete any temporary files you have stored -

-Press Windows key and S, then type disk cleanup, and select it
-Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
-Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
-Select OK.

4. When trying to reinstall and launch the game, try disabling any software that you do not need that is running in the background, then restart your PC and launch the game -

Hello everyone,

Thanks for getting in contact. In regards to the rumble / vibration features missing in Trackmania, this is not intended and seems to be mainly missing from DualShock 4 and Xbox 360 controllers.

If anybody with any other controllers are having this issue, please let us know in this thread.

We will update you all when we have more information on this.

In the mean time, please try to disable any programs you may use such as DS4 for Windows and please make sure your XInput drivers are up to date for your controllers on Windows 10.

Our officially supported controllers are -

• Mouse and keyboard.
• Dualshock 4 Controller.
• Xbox One Controller.
• XInput compatible gamepads.
• DirectInput compatible gamepads.

Hello sghirian,

Would you happen to have a case number from support? Were you able to give them your Ubisoft username - 'sghirian' through Twitter and Facebook?

I have checked your account and I cant seem to find a case number.

Usually when players contact us through social media, we will link your account so I would be able to find your case, but at the moment, there is no support case that shows up for you?

Hey yHanzoo, not a problem, I just like to see these sort of problems get resolved for players so I need to gather as much information from everyone affected.

Can I ask as well as the 6-0x00001000 error code, do you ever get the 3-0x0001000B?

This issue seems to be happening mainly to Xbox players from your region so far. Hopefully we can keep you updated as soon as we get more info from the team investigating.
