Hi Gavinac,

Thanks for getting in touch. The game sees disconnects as players trying to drop out of games deliberately and will adjust MMR for all players on the team, if this happens often the game will give an abandonment sanction.

Did you happen to be wining the match? And do your disconnections happen often?

I understand your frustration, and we are working on ways to solve this.

If you could wait another few hours as sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for Twitch Prime drops to appear onto your account.

Thanks for getting in touch, we appreciate any reports on cheaters in Siege and we ask players to reach out to us on through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter with any evidence in the form of player names, videos and the date and time it happened, then either tag us in a message or private message our account and we can look into it further with all the details.

I appreciate you would like to know Ubisoft’s stance on console players using Keyboard and Mouse in-game. This is a complex topic involving hardware, live services, and security.

At this moment in time we are still investigating and have not made a decision on its use in Siege.

Hey there, welcome to the forums!

Did you get an abandonment penalty message with the 2 hour ban?

The game can temporary ban players who have had several disconnects. If you have only left the game once, you should be able to rejoin another match after the other match has ended.

If you disconnect a lot from the game, I would advise following these connectivity steps for PC -

Hello everyone,

Because I am unable to find this in our Siege known issues list and because this issue seems to have been happening for a while, I would like help on reporting this bug.

- Would anyone be able to provide video footage of this happening?
- What data centre are you connected to?
- Is there a particular Operator you are playing as when this happens?
- Are you playing on Epic/Steam/Uplay?

Any information will help the game team to investigate this further, thank you.

Unless the player was driving a Delorean this does seem to be a bug. Thanks for reporting it, I'll make sure to pass this on to the game team.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forum Crizz92!

It does sound like you are experiencing some kind of controller drift, but as you say you have never noticed this in other games up to date, it would be well worth trying what dacSP_Santus posted and changing the deadzone of your sticks in game or even in windows settings as a temporary fix.

Hi there thanks for getting in contact with us and sorry to hear what is happening with the menu text.

I believe this is either a bug or it may be down to your GPU, as it seems to be below the minimum system requirements.
As its stands we currently benchmark our games against AMD and Geforce, with laptops and notebooks this is a bit harder as we don't fully support them yet with our games.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention and thank you for the information so far.

Could I ask, when the crashes happen and you are navigating your ships inventory, do you have an on-going mission in progress as part of your save and/or have you completed the campaign?
