Did you make sure your computer is using using your dedicated graphics card and not the onboard CPU graphics, like in the link Ubi-Viral posted above?

Hey everyone, this is a known bug at the moment that our game team are aware of.

In particular, the players weapon and footstep audio cuts out mid-match and music missing appears to be missing from the game.

Thanks for the update on uninstalling the Mirillis Action program CCPG.

Thanks for the feedback on this. At the moment it hasn't been disclosed where the HyperScape server locations are, but its still early on and this is why we have betas to collect information on how the game is performing and any suggestions on how to make the game better.

Sorry to hear you are unable to download the game. Are you receiving any particular error messages? Or how much progress do you make with the download before it is interrupted?

For anyone experiencing any Vulkan.dll errors -

Make sure your AMD / NVIDIA drivers and Windows OS are currently up to date here -

Hey abysll,

To help with rubber banding and lag try enabling Vsync in the settings menu.There are more steps we can take with Vsync, but it depends on if you are using AMD or Nvidia.

Can I ask have you recently updated your graphics card and windows build? This is always a good first step with performance issues.

Do you have any overclocking software or game overlays running in the background as well? This can sometimes cause issues.

Hey!

What kind of mic/headset are you using?

Do you have anything running in the background, software wise like a anti-virus, game overlay or overclocking software that might be interfering?

We've had problems lately with anti-virus that meant users had to whitelist their game launcher and Rainbow Six in the program, as it was causing odd behaviour.

Sorry to hear your unable to select a different language other than Russian and simplified Chinese.

First of all, it may be worth your while Verifying the game files through Epic, this would help reinstall any missing or broken files -

- Navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots
- Once open, click Verify in the drop-down navigation.

There is another fix for this issue, but it would require you to uninstall the game through Epic and reinstall it via Uplay in order to have the other Audio available

If you could try these steps -

- Close Anno 1800 completely.
- Open Uplay PC and then under Games, left click on the Anno 1800 game tile.
- Choose Properties on the left-hand side of the game's overview.
- In the section General you have a drop down menu for languages.

Hey Zephoxz,

Not a problem. Please let us know how you get on with support. Another member of the forum suggested under clocking their GPU as a temporary fix, although I know that is not ideal, but it seemed to work for the player.
