Our current server locations for Siege are as follows >>

Playfab servers allow players to manually change their server location from one of those in the list above, however, Amazon Gamelift servers will not allow players to make this regional change.

- Inappropriate voice or text chat
- Repeated disconnections
- Cheating or using an unfair advantage
- Illegal behaviour/activity

Your account can be temporarily sanctioned for varying amounts of time due to repeatedly breaking the Siege Code of Conduct or disconnecting from Ranked matches multiple times or being reported by other players. You can also be given a permanent ban, depending on what the offence was.

Can I ask you a few questions about your crash, to understand exactly what type of crash you experienced? There are several different types that can affect players and they can be caused by different things and may have different solutions >>

The quest is given to you after completing the Jotunheim world quests. When you return to Asgard, you should be given this quest and you will need to speak to the NPC Tyr.

Can you also let us know if you have any other quests currently active in your quest log and what their names are? If you prefer, you can also upload a screenshot of your quest log to this thread to show the Jotunheim quests fully complete, so we can view this also.

Hello friend, thanks for getting in touch with us about this achievement.

I have not seen a bug report for this particular See No Evil achievement in the past. Can you please let me know what exact platform you are playing on?

If possible, are you also able to show us you completing the requirements of this achievement in a video clip, then show us your achievement not synchronizing/completing in your menu? This will allow us to report this issue to our QA team.

Xbox/PlayStation consoles should give you an option to record a clip using the share button on your controller. Your console will then ask if you would like to upload this to YouTube or Twitter, you can then post the URL link to the video in the forum for us to view.

Hello AlePlay, thanks for letting us know of this mount bug that occurs after you use a fast travel location.

I will report this to our team so thank you for providing that video and please make sure your most recent save file is uploaded to the cloud 🙂

Can you let me know if this only affects your Boar mount, or do other mounts get affected too and reset to moose after fast traveling?

As for the second issue with using the Raven and having your hidden clothes/equipment reappear, were you also able to record this happening by any chance, so we can pass this to our QA team in a separate investigation?

  • Can you let me know if you are using 2060 in a desktop PC, or laptop please, so we know which system you are using?
  • Can you also tell us what kind of display cable you have connected your monitor to your GPU with, is it a HDMI or Display Port cable?
  • Did this problem exist before the game update or did it only occur after updating the game to Game Update 14?

Hello @simonandersen I am sorry to hear you have been having issues running the game and seeing a DirectX crash when trying to launch and install the supporting software.

To help try and resolve this issue, could you please run through the following steps that were known to resolve issues with DirectX for players in the past >>

Fix 1 > Make sure your GPU drivers are currently up to date, make note of the GPU driver version you are currently using (Most AMD and Nvidia drivers are updated and released monthly)
