Thats great news @xxshadowcommand, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but thank you for this update and for coming back to the forum to let us know the issue has seemed to resolve itself. We will keep our eyes peeled for further reports of this. Should this issue pop up again, please let us know the name of the gun you are using that the mag disappears from.

Hello @pable-scale thanks for your question and welcome to the forums.

There is no current way to change the server your friend plays on. The game will pick from the 3x best available servers for their location. If one of these servers is experiencing any degradation, they will connect to another one temporarily. There is no way to program the game to pick a specific regional server, unfortunately.

If your friend ever uses any VPN software on their connection, this is something that could also affect which server they are connected to, if the VPN changes their IP location.

Hello @boer24 thanks for the reply, I am afraid as your menu shows you owning the Level 30 boost and also as having a 'boosted character' on the character selection screen, we are unable to report this as a bug.

Please note, that Ubisoft do not actually have the ability to unlock any PlayStation Trophies or Xbox Achievements regardless and I do not believe Sony or Microsoft support assist with trophy unlocks either.

The only thing we can advise you to do at this point if you still wish to unlock these PSN trophies, is to restart the main campaign again, with a new...

Hello @evanrule thanks for getting in touch with us about the Corsair iCue software.

Can you let me know what kind of CPU cooler it is that you are using? Is it a corsair cooler or another brand?

Can you also tell me if you have any other RGB software controllers other than iCue, such as Armoury Crate or MSI Dragon Centre etc, that may be running in the background at the same time as iCUE, in case it contributes to conflicts with the iCUE software?

Finally, can you let me know what iCUE update version you are currently using, and have you updated each firmware for each individual component including your cooler?

The Engraved Muzzle required for the Regulus is a known issue we are investigating. A few other players came forward to let us know they did not receive any loot after killing these bosses. Sorry for any inconvenience caused because of this bug.

If you have the Year 1 Pass, you should instantly unlock the Gunner, Technician and Firewall specializations, the Gunner will also be available via the in-game store.
 
You can still take part in the Special Field Research that becomes available when taking part in the Bank Headquarters mission, but as you progress through the stages you will unlock additional cosmetic rewards.
 
To activate any specializations, please visit the stand next to the Quartermaster at the Base of Operations (Coop Denison NPC in the White House) >>

Hello @v-xx welcome to the forum, it appears you are replying to quite an older post where the player never came back to confirm if this fixed their issue or not.

Are you currently experiencing jitter issues also? Are you able to give us some more details of how long you have been experiencing this in-game, what happens exactly and if any particular game modes are affected?
 
Not all of our players who will experience this issue will have it caused by the exact same thing, so this is where our troubleshooting guides come in, they may help resolve the issue for the player or at least rule out a few possible causes of why this is happening, such as corrupted/missing game files, game launcher issues, software, hardware, or connection and netw...

Thanks for the update friend!

For most FPS, stutter or input lag issues, we would also usually advise lowering your graphical settings, so the game can focus on performance over graphics.

After changing your in-game graphical texture settings, by lowering the Anisotropic Filtering to a lower value such as x4, have you noticed a significant difference and has the input lag improved for you now?

Please also check you have Vsync enabled in your game menu and in your GPU control software. The Vsync setting can help with screen tearing issues and also lagged game inputs and controls when your mouse clicks or keyboard presses seem slightly delayed.

Hello @ursiy thanks for letting us know you have had some trouble purchasing credits.

If you have made multiple purchase attempts in a short space of time, only to have them fail to go through, you won't be able to buy any credits for at least 24 hours, as this is our security check we put in place, in case someone was trying to make fraudulent purchases with your account.

Have you been able to wait a full 24 hours after trying to make your last purchase? If not please wait this specific amount of time, before trying again.

Are you able to show us the error message by popping a screenshot of this into this thread, so we can look into this further for you, as troubleshooting and different browsers are not working for you currently?

Occasionally, there may be a small delay in the post-match Renown being applied to your account, usually, you will need to wait around 15 minutes for this to update.

Playfab servers allow players to manually change their server location from one of those in the list above, however, Amazon Gamelift servers will not allow players to make this regional change.
