I am sorry to hear this issue is affecting so many of your multiplayer games. I will forward this to our Anno QA team and devs.

If you haven't already done so, as @Tekbuildz suggested above, can you please try verifying your game files, to see if this can help with the desync and crashes? Hello Ofiros_da_king, thanks for letting us know you have been able to use the workaround of limiting cores/disabling hyperthreading in order to play the game, after the latest update.

This issue is something our Anno team is still looking into. We believe we have been able to fix this for certain Intel CPU's but not all yet, so the investigation continues.

Hello @LUCI5R thanks for letting us know that you have encountered an issue with navigating the map in this method.

I have not seen many reports of this come through yet, could you let me know what exact model of mouse it is you use, and do you use any RGB or sensitivity software with the mouse such as Logitech G Hub and the like, in case there is a conflict with that model or software?

Can you also tell me if this issue exists on all sensitivities the mouse can be set on, as well as if you set your display mode to full screen, windowed, or borderless modes?

I am sorry to hear you believe you have lost some renown after a delay in updating and also leaving the game via the 'leave to menu' option.

Your case was escalated to our Siege team who have since reopened an investigation into this issue of missing renown. I am unable to say if any missing renown will be added back to your game.

If we find this is a widespread issue, we will make a post about this in our forums. If we need to reach back out to you or ask any follow-up questions, we will contact you again...

Hello @Peziinh0 thank you for reporting this issue.

Can you tell us on what menu screen you experience this infinite loading or can upload a screenshot of which screen the game becomes stuck on, so we can check if this exact behavior has been reported to our Siege team?

What happens after the game is loading, do you have to completely shut down the game, shut down your PC, and can you control anything in-game, so we understand what steps you have to take to resolve this?

Have you also experienced this before the Y7 update, or has this only started affect...

That is brilliant @LynxEy3 thank you for going to that effort in order to capture this cursor increase.

I have seen a few other players mention this new cursor size in the forums and how it can be distracting. I will feed this back to our Anno team and use your image for comparison, than you very much for taking the time to do that.

Hello @hundread1800 thanks for your reply, our Anno QA team will often ask for a screenshot, video or save file from a player demonstrating the bug in action before they are able to investigate an issue.

We will report this to our Anno team, but in case this is an isolated incident as we haven't had any other reports of this, are you able to link us to your save file so we can check this in your campaign?

Can you please let me know if this is still an issue for you and if these do not appear in your build menu?
