Hello @tschuli333 thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear you are having trouble moving and navigating the maps after the update.

To check if this issue has been caused by a corrupted file or missing file that can sometimes occur if a game update was interrupted, could you please try verifying your game files? Verifying your game files can often solve this, or will at least help rule out a corrupted or missing file as a possible cause.

Hello everyone, thanks for letting us know some of the achievements have unlocked for you in-game.

This happened before in a previous update for the main campaign achievements and we were unable to re-lock these for players.

Can you let us know what the name of these achievements are, if they are part of the DLC, or perhaps circle a screenshot of the achievements that are suddenly unlocked for you?

Hello @psk_shliss thank you for providing us with screenshots of this issue and the scale of the game resizing after loading a game or starting a new game on your Mac (after the latest update)

Due to the fact we may not have your exact model of Mac available to test this, I would like to report this to our team, is there any way you can record a quick 30-second clip of you launching your save file, which then shows this decrease in resolution?

They contain the most common fixes for BattlEye error message 2-0x00019008 and are usually related to not running BattlEye as admin, or having some program running in the background of your computer, such as MSI Afterburner and other programs, that you need to fully close down and clean boot your PC.

If you happen to come across it again on PC, would you be able to link us to your match replay video, or alternatively, press Windows, Alt and G key to record the last 30 seconds of gameplay on Xbox Gamebar if you have it installed on PC?

This will allow us to show this happening in-game and send it to our Siege QA team.

I can see the black glitching effect in the water as you pan your screen about.

As you currently have the game set up with 'custom' graphic settings, can you instead please change the 'graphic quality' setting to low, without adjusting any other values and test the game on this preset? Hello @orzabal_de thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry to see you have had some trouble running the game with DirectX12 and DirectX11.

To help resolve this, would you be able to try the following fixes that have worked for this error message in the past? >>

Fix 1 > 
Locate this folder C:\Anno 1800\Support\DirectX\DXSETUP click on the .exe app and run the DXDiag setup, then install DirectX 11 or 12 when prompted. Test the game on each DirectX version 11 and 12.

Fix 2 > 
Occasionally your Windows OS will not update its DirectX versions automatically and you will have to force an update yourself

We have similar reports from players who are unable to build any fisheries from the build menu and the shoals of fish have disappeared. I can confirm we have reported this to our Anno QA and dev team, and they are investigating this issue now, thank you for your help and for providing that screenshot.

Hello @musicmage4114 thank you for reporting this change in your to save files, since the update and thank you for providing one of your affected autosave files.

I have seen something similar reported in the past after a previous update, where I believe a certain requirement had been reset to zero, on a player's save game and affected all their previous save files.

I will report this new issue to our dev and QA team along with your save file. We will do our best to update you on this when these teams have been able to investigate this on your save file also, thank you for the bug report!

I am aware that some rewards for certain new Seeds of Change quests are not given to the player, but I have not come across an issue with the Silver Cage scenario in particular.
