Hello @cocomelody2019 thanks for reporting this to us, we have an active investigation ongoing into mine building as some players have previously contacted to say that they are unable to build certain types of mines on certain isalnds. I believe this to be a bug at this time, thank you for providing that image.

If they do happen to update at any point, please let us know so we can update the Siege team?

I am sorry to hear you keep being disconnected and receiving an increased ban length each time, whilst I can not lift these bans as I do not have the ability, I can help to report this to our Siege team for investigation. Hello everyone thanks for getting in touch with us and letting us know you have been experiencing performance issues and lag in-game, when placing certain objects or playing past the 1-hour mark.

In order for us to look into this further, could you all please try running the game in both DirectX11 then DirectX 12 to see if you notice any improvement?

Would you be able to specify what number model of UHD integrated graphics card you are using in your laptop, so we have the full system spec picture available to us?

Unfortunately at the moment I am seeing a 404 error not found message when clicking on your images. Are you able to upload them directly to this thread instead?
(Maximum image dimensions you can upload in our forums are 2000x2000 pixels, 2mb max size)

Hello @Captn-Jack just a quick update to this situation - we are investigating similar reports that are affecting players medals they have earned, not being awarded or remembered in-game, can you let us know if you are by any chance using Geforce Now to play? If not, that's okay, we just need to make sure it's not related to another issue we are looking into.

Hello brumiros, thanks for your reply. I also looked into this investigation and can confirm that when taking over a player-controlled island in multiplayer, only some resources are gained, but items will not be gained. I also can also not see a mention of this in our most recent update or patch notes under the 'multiplayer' changes, so I will pass this onto the Anno team as feedback.

Hello wreckingball06 I can confirm, we would have to advise you to do a fresh reinstall of the game, without any mods installed and even start a fresh save file, to be able to check if this issue was still present in the vanilla version of the game, in order for us to be able to offer any further troubleshooting or report this as an issue to our dev team.

Thank you for however letting us know that the name of the mod it was you were using is also called Spice It Up, this may make other players aware who are visiting this thread, after encountering in-game issues when using mods.

Further, to your question, I have actually opened up an investigation into the unbuildable min issues for players who contacted us about this who as far as I could see were not using any mods.

Thanks for the update mrdragonfyr I am happy to hear you were able to get your game working correctly again, despite having issues with mods you have installed. I apologize we were unable to advise further, but Im glad to see you are able to play on. That is a beautiful shot of your settlement by the way, much more organized then anything I have ever built!

Hello elzaruza, thank you for your querying your Steam motors inventory.

Could you please check your in-game Production, Inventory and Speciality Exports menus, to check if this Steam Motors production is being used somewhere other than a trade route, as AW7 also mentioned, it may being used as an input somewhere in your game or perhaps a quest?

When you say you 'lose a saved camera location', do you mean you focus your camera on a particular island or building, save your game, then exit the game, then upon reloading the game, you are looking at a totally different part of the map, or is the issue something different?

Can you let us know what resolution and aspect ratio both of your monitors are, so we can make note of this?

As a workaround I believe you may be able to change your game resolution using your game settings file and editing your resolution listed in the file, using a text editor then saving it, before launching the game > %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\config\

If you use the Steam version of the game, you can also sometimes specify the monitor you want to use in your launcher settings and set a launch argument command line for the game such as, refresh [rate],-w [width], -h [height] as explained in this guide, which may be an option for you >

Hello @dandan-teng thanks for reaching out to us and providing these images.

The Bombing weaver resource input should be fixed as of Hotfix 14.1. Can you please update your game and let us know if this has been fixed for you also?

As for the minus timer for the different seasons, this is currently one of our known issues, our dev team confirmed this issue will occur if the timer is not switched to monsoon, but this may be changed by the Anno team in a future update.
