First of all, can you complete the steps in our basic PS4 troubleshooting guide? This will rule out a number of issues with the console itself or your installation. If these issues still persist after those steps, I would appreciate if you could record some videos and link them in this thread.

Since you also mentioned seeing issues in England, where in England does your Odin Sight not work as expected? Are any particular areas or types of enemies affected in particular?

I've forwarded your information on to the team for the issue upgrading your settlement. As for the issue accessing River Raids, can you confirm that you're playing on the latest update? You should see the installed patch on the main menu of the game.

Could you try completing a main story or daily quest? This will sometimes retroactively unlock trophies.
