Hi there.

Is it an official DS4 controller? Does the same issue occur when wired? If you haven't had a chance to test this please give this a try. I would also recommend reinstalling any controller drivers and if you have any other input devices connected I would also try disconnecting these for testing purposes also.

This issue has been reported to us so it's not something unique to yourself. The team are actively investigating this issue as we speak so hopefully it's something we can resolve fairly quickly. For the time being I would recommend checking back every now and again on PS Now to see if the update has been deployed.
