I've checked through quite a few of the recent matches you've played and I wasn't able to spot anything out of the ordinary on your account, normal amounts of MMR being gained for wins and lost for losses. As a result it might just have been some sort of visual bug. Can you recall when this game happened roughly?

Just to confirm the latest on this exploit. The M.U.T.E PROTOCOL event has been temporarily taken down whilst we work to fix this exploit. The event and club challenges will be extended once the fix has been deployed. Please keep an eye on the Siege forums and the Siege twitter account for further updates.
