In the new matchmaking, the servers go up right before the match starts, and as soon as the join appears the game is joined instantly, and this for some reason seems to be a pattern for this connectivity issue.

I recommend double checking your new mouse's return policy for when it returns, just in case this is not a fault with the Razer Deathadder. We wouldn't want you to pay money for something that doesn't resolve the issue.

That would mean you, DeToX_iB and shmob. are all using a Razer Deathadder. Perhaps it's a coincidence but it's worth checking.

Do you have Razer Synapse? If so, does the issue change if you temporarily close / quit the software?

If the software also lets you use another mouse profile, please try that to make sure everything is default settings and your DPI isn't too high.
