Our team is still investigating why this is affecting some players. It seems to be due to the result of a specific flow, and we're trying to pin points exactly what that flow is.

We were able to determine that this could cause the issue -

1. You start with Ubisoft account A linked to Twitch account A
2. The password for Twitch account A is reset
3. The 2 accounts are un-linked as you wish to use a different Twitch account
4. Ubisoft account A is then linked to Twitch account B

Here are the steps to resolve this -

1. Un-link the 2 accounts from the Ubisoft Account Management website.
2. Re-link Ubisoft account A with Twitch account A (to renew the token and stop the error from occurring)

I agree this sounds like a bug; my understanding is that denying your Ally will damage your reputation with them.

@soowa87 would it be possible to provide a short video presenting the issue, and also your save file? This support article explains where your save file can be found. I can then send that to our team for review.

@PoPPYTAT There's not I'm afraid! I'll submit this as a suggestion though
