I appreciate that some of the music issues have recently been fixed, however, i still have annoying problems like the pirate base theme playing in the arctic for no reason all the time and other annoying music interruptions id simple like to fix by deleting catastrophe music and for example the pirate theme.

Playing a custom made music list from youtube etc. is not an option for me because it obviously doesnt adapt to your current session.

Unfortunately for me, I have no other way of running the game, so I have to deal with all the issues that come with GFN. During my last session when I passed 25 000 population I had the game crash on me every 30 minutes with runtime errors, out of memory errors and such, no save game issues though.

Hello everyone!

My opinion is similar to most of you above. As the game is being played through GeForce Now, I'm sorry to say issues like this are more likely to occur.

You could try manually checking the save location, if GeForce Now allows that: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

I reported this issue to the Anno 1800 team. Our Quality Assurance team were unable to reproduce the issue themselves, however it has still been raised to our dev team so they can also take a look.

We have no further information at this time, however we'll let you know once we do!

Hello everyone!

Sorry to hear you all now appear to be facing a crash-on-launch issue.

We have not reproduced this issue on our side, so it's currently difficult to say why this is happening. Considering it is affecting multiple games, it may be an issue with Ubisoft Connect.

Please give this a try: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000061047

One of the steps listed is to re-install Ubisoft connect, which is a good suggestion in this case.

Hopefully that resolves your issue but if not, please provide your system specs and we'll discuss how best to proceed.
