Hello all!

We have started to receive some reports of being kicked by BattlEye with the error "Corrupt Memory #0".

Our Rainbow Six Siege team have been informed and we'll see what we can do. In the meantime, this information should help -

1. Some players have reported that installing the latest Windows Updates resolved their issue

2. There seems to be a conflict currently between BattlEye and MSI Dragon Center, and players have reported their issue was resolved after uninstalling this software. If you don't want to uninstall this software, you could try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps.

A friend of mine had this bug happen to him, It started this week. After we tried helping him, we told him to start task manager. In task manager MSFS2020 was running in the backround. Ending the process fixed the problem. Hope this helps.

Hello again,

I was able to find 2 of your threads relating to the same issue, so I have merged you together. I also deleted my post above, as it is no longer relevant.

Considering this now appears to affect multiple players, I don't believe it is a hard drive issue.

If anyone is able to, please try the following -

- Sign in to a friend or family member's Ubisoft account on your PC, and see if the issue occurs
- Sign in to your Ubisoft account on a friend or family member's PC, and see if the issue occurs

I understand not everyone will be able to try this, and you may not know someone who owns Rainbow Six Siege, but hopefully someone can. The logic behind these steps is to determine if this is a profile issue, or if it's something local to the PC itself.

Please also note what your current internet speed is like Muhcreedy.LLL has above, just in case that's related.

This behaviour doesn't really reflect an account issue, but it's best to check. It is not an issue that affects every player however, so we'll then need to check what seems to be mutual.

Do you happen to receive an error regarding your profile?

The issue you face is usually related to a corrupt save / profile, and so it needs to recreate itself every time you launch the game.

This particular issue has been occurring since October 2020 as that is when we migrated from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect.

I appreciate it is frustrating and I'm sorry you're also facing it. It was originally difficult to troubleshoot as we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves, the migration worked fully.

Possible cause: When you receive 1 item and you say "yes, i want it", but you have no more space in your ship and thus throw the new item away. That might be the cause of that issue.

It's really annoying, because I have to reload everytime that bug happens to get my ship back.

The trick is to increase the happiness of the student houses you already have, thus increasing their population and your research points.
