This doesn't appear to be a known issue, however we'll happily look into it for you.

Please answer the following as best you can -

- Audio output device name (speakers / headphones)
- Audio input device name (microphone)
- How long has this issue been affecting you for?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
- Do you have any audio software running, whether it is or is not related to your gaming?

Hello again everyone,

I understand rolling back drivers is not a suitable suggestion for everyone. This was simply to determine if this is a driver issue, and if rolling back helps the situation.

Our team are still looking into this for us!
