Hello! Thank you for your report.

I have tried checking this myself, however it shows as 50% and 20% for me. I'm personally looking at the UK store.

- Does this incorrect sale only show in the Ubisoft Connect Store, or also in our Ubisoft Store website? (https://store.ubi.com/)
- Which country do you live in / which store are you accessing?
- Would it be possible to provide images of the sale price mismatch?

Hey!

I'm not sure if all updates need to be uninstalled I'm afraid.These steps in particular seemed to resolve it for most players -

- Install Windows Updates
- Uninstall MSI Dragon Center
- Restart the PC

Hopefully that works! If not, I believe it would be best to try deleting the updates, then restarting.

Can you please confirm if you are receiving the same error as above, or a different error?

Have you tried making the purchase both in-game, and via the Ubisoft Store website?

Are you being connected to the correct Ubisoft Store? It should be the International store, /ie.
