EdsonEB - First, I'd like to note that we only support English on the forums here. However I presume you're encountering a similar situation. To that end, I'm sorry to hear you're running into trouble with your purchase, and the content which comes with it. Which edition of Siege did you purchase, if I may ask?

I'd also like to know what operators exactly you appear to be missing (As in, the names of these operators)? It'd also be great for reporting if we grab images of your attackers and defenders screen!

With that said, I can definitely understand the frustration these accidents are causing. You may wish to be more careful about your decisions in-game in order to avoid potential accidents such as this in the future.
