Hello there, Furyus1808! We only support English on the forums here, and we also have a French & German forum. Are you able to repeat your question in English?

Alternatively, you can open a ticket on our support site and an agent will get back to you in your preferred language.

Hello there, Why_Oh_En! It's possible you're launching the free weekend version of Siege, rather than the full version. Can you ensure you own a full copy of Siege (Physically or digitally) and ensure you're launching that version from your dashboard, over any potential lingering 'trial' versions of Siege?

SenhorPatolino - I totally understand the worry there! Though Reshade is typically used to make things look more lively (according to taste), rather than affect gameplay. So long as it's harmless to actual gameplay, you'll be okay to use it!

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're unable to make this purchase! For starters, I'd recommend you ensure you've got the US selected properly as your listed country in both Steam as well as Ubisoft Connect. It's also always a good idea to ensure you've got the Steam Overlay enabled.

Hello there, artistjohn! Thanks for reaching out with this, and welcome to the forums! I think it's really great you're looking to support the YouTuber who's showing off Anno 1800 in their let's play! With that said, however - it's possible the website you're looking to purchase the game from is selling keys which are unable to be used in your region. I'd suggest asking the retailer themselves what the regional availability of their keys are, as we'd be unable to determine this from any other store except ours.

Hello there, BlackGoat9701! Thanks for reaching out & welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing. It sounds like you're within requirements to play, at least in terms of overall memory. With that said, it's entirely likely you may be using a bit too much memory while playing Anno, thus the game technically doesn't have enough active memory to use. I'd like to have you ensure that any unnecessary background applications are disabled while you're playing.

Furthermore, are you experiencing any consistent error codes during these loading times? If so, which ones?
