Hello there, wlnfich! I'm really sorry to hear this is happening. I can definitely imagine how frustrating it might be to lose FPS on top of getting shot - that alone just sounds aggravating. I'd like to see if we can resolve these frame drops by completing some PC troubleshooting steps in order to clear your system's performance.

I'm sorry to hear about this extended movement issue - I can imagine it's quite annoying. Out of curiosity, are you running into any connectivity issues? Does your ping seem to be at a normal level?

I'm also curious if this issue seems to persist in any other games, FPS or not. And lastly, are you able to try a different keyboard or controller, perhaps?

Hello there, Ashton67612! In order to play Siege on different platforms, you'll have to purchase the game on each new platform you wish to play on. To play Siege on your PC, you'll have to purchase Siege from an authorized retailer's e-store. (It seems like you prefer Steam, so you can purchase Siege there!)

Do note that this will act as a totally new game, as well. You cannot carry over unlocks, rank, progress, etc. from your Xbox version of Siege. You can read more here!
