It would be really useful to us if you are able to share a link to a video of this happening using a third party video sharing website of your choice. This will allow us to see what you experience and further investigate.

You mentioned you came across a similar post, would it be at all possible to share this with us so we can see what was previously discussed?

It is also great to hear that you checked your game version, can I just check that this issue is persisting since some time has passed since you posted this?
