Welcome to the forums, WuvMe! I apologize for the continued confusion caused by this issue. In order to access the game, you'll need to click on the 'news' tab within the Uplay client. From there, you'll want to click on the Hyper Scape banner near the top. Once you've done that, you'll see an option that says 'Start Playing', which will then prompt you to download the game. I hope this information helps!

Hi Black_LightX! Welcome to the forums. As the game is optimized to run at 60 FPS, Support won't be able to assist with pushing the game past this. My sincerest apologies! Please feel free to check out other threads for tips from your fellow gamers on how to get higher FPS numbers.
