Hey GraveBarry! I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this may have caused you in Rainbow Six Siege. While Support is not able to adjust rank or restore lost ranked points (MMR), I would be glad to get this reported for you. Have you been able to grab any video evidence of your connection being interrupted mid-match?

Hi ItzShadyon! As each Year of Rainbow Six Siege comes out, so do new editions of the game. Sometimes, the contents of these editions can change. It sounds like you purchased the Year 4 Deluxe Edition of Siege since it only included the Year 1 Operators. Since the Deluxe Edition with the Year 1 & 2 Operators is part of Year 5, you would have to purchase the Year 2 Operators separately in your Year 4 Edition. I hope this clarified everything for you!

My first recommendation would be to complete all the steps listed in our connectivity troubleshooting guide. By suggesting that guide, I am not meaning to place the blame solely on your Internet Service Provider or your connection.
